NOTICE

SPORTS SUB-COMMITTEE

The Inter College State Sports & Games Championship, 2019-20 will be held tentatively from 22nd February to 29th February, 2020 at the state level. The said championship will be held in two phase viz. (a) District

Competition (lnter College) and (b) State level Competition (lnter District).

For the above mentioned purpose in every district there will be a host college which has been selected to organize district Athletic Meet, Football Championship and Kho Kho (for Women only) Championship.

As our college falls within the jurisdiction of South 24 Pgns, the district competition will be held as follows:-

Venue: - K K Das College

Address: - Eastern Metropolitan Bypass Link Rd, Ashutoshpally, Baishnabghata Patuli Township, Patuli, Kolkata, West Bengal 700084

Dates (tentative):- 17^th, 18^th and 19^th January 2020

The following events are present for women category:-

1. 100 M Run

2. 200 M Run

3. 400 M Run

4. 800 M Run

5. 1500 M Run

6. High Jump

7. Long Jump

8. Javelin Throw

9. Shot Put Throw

10. Discus Throw

Any student (1^st/ 2^nd/ 3^rd yr) interested in participating are requested to submit their names to their Head of the Department. All the HODs are requested to circulate this notice among her fellow classmates, collect their names (with Department, year & Roll No.) event wise and submit the same to sports sub-committee Jt-convenors (Shri Anirban Sarkar, Dr. Malay Ganguli) or to other members of sports sub-committee (Dr Sumi Ganguli, Smt Trina Chakraborty, Dr Sohini Roy, Shri Samrat Bhattacharyya, Dr. Bholanath Pakhira, Dr. Piya Seth) positively by 16^th December, 2019 (3.00 PM)
